Let's face it, getting your niche on the internet can be an expensive venture. I cater to the small and the middle sized business that doesn't often have the same type of web start-up budget as a larger business.
And, I won't try to sell you anything you don't need.
The basic package includes the initial consultation, four (4) pages, (main, about, services, and contact) graphic design and/or manipulation and image scanning are included where needed. Special Content, Additions and Updates
Additional Page Design: $175.00 pp
Flash Design: $150 (+)
Web Design "By-the-hour": $40 per hour
**Search Engine Submission: $210 for 6 months of submissions
Web Statistic Report $45
Realtor Specific Property Updates: $25 - $110
Onsite photography: $40 per hour (after 30k drive time, additional charges may apply)
Virtual Tours - $110.00 and up
Updates
Updates to a site are typically made on a “by the hour” basis of $40 per hour. Larger jobs may include a discounted. if you are expecting a major update, over-all site renovation or frequent updates, I will be happy to give you an estimate based on those needs.

Search Submissions
Includes initial meta-tag creation, monthly submissions, and an end of the term web report (available only upon request). I do not guarantee rankings. Please note that it can take between six (6) months and one (1) year before your site shows up in the search engines, directories and meta-crawlers. $210 for 6 months.
Additional Web reports are available for $45.

This is a service we only offer to our existing or new clients. Domain registrations start as low as $25 annually. Please contact us for the exact cost of your desired domain.

Website Hosting and Email Packages
I looked long and hard to find a company that I felt comfortable partnering with. Even then I personally tested them out for two years before making the final decision on a hosting partner.
Hosting and email packages are only provided to VIWP clients, I do not offer the service on a stand alone basis. Every package is designed to fit your specific needs. Customs Plans begin at *$240 per year with an initial $50.00 set-up fee. (Please note that I do not do monthly billing, services are paid for in advance.)
